Black Bean Salad

This weekend went by much faster than I would have liked, but at least we ended it last night with a delicious dinner.  I tried out Ina Garten's recipes for Blue Cheese Burgers and Guacamole Salad.  Both were winners -- in fact, Travis ended up eating another of the burgers tonight for dinner.

The salad benefited from the addition of cilantro but otherwise I kept her ingredients the same.  (She says she doesn't like cilantro so no wonder she wouldn't put it in there.)  I love all the fresh ingredients and this is perfect for Sweetnick's ARF/5-a-day for this week.  Click on the links above to be taken to the recipes.
