I really feel badly about not updating my blog more lately. In addition to being extremely busy, I have not yet found a good photo editing program for my new Mac and really don't like running Parallels to run my Microsoft Digital Image Pro. Any Mac users know of a good program? I really think I just need to suck it up and just do what needs to be done and get used to it. So it's a couple more steps, I'd at least get my blog to where I want it to be, right?
I had such grand plans for this month and my blog and it's gotten off to a slow start. Hopefully that will change tonight. I made a new recipe tonight from Marcel Desaulniers' new cookbook I'm Dreaming of a Chocolate Christmas. I have to say this is my new favorite "reading" cookbook. The photos are great and each recipe looks better than the last.
Okay, so my photo doesn't do the recipe justice, but they were super easy. I didn't have one but everyone else (even Liam shockingly) LOVED them. I'm saving them for our Hanukkah dinner on Saturday so hopefully everyone will keep their paws off until then.
Basically they're a mixture of melted chocolate, a touch of creamy peanut butter, plain corn flakes, mini marshmallows and peanuts. Mixed, refrigerated and ready to go. I'll have to remember these when I need something quick, easy, and impressive.

A similar variation that tastes really good is white chocolate, peanuts and pretzels!

That sounds awesome, Kelly! I'll have to give that a try ... thanks for commenting!
