Wow! I am so excited to be hosting my very first PPN. We had some great looking dishes this week and I can't wait to share them with you.
Next up is Shelby from The Life and Loves of Grumpy's Honeybunch with a delicious Chicken, Broccoli and Noodle Stir-Fry. She wasn't feeling very well last week but I'm glad she made it in time for this week's round up. Hope you feel better soon!
Heather from girlichef sends us a down home comforting casserole, King Ranch Chicken Mac and Cheese and looks to try to find the roots of where exactly King Ranch came from.
Katie from Feeding Boys and a Firefighter sends her first ever entry to Presto Pasta Night this week with Sweet Potato and Spinach Lasagne. With a dish like this I hope she'll continue to share with us. This looks like a great meat-free (and vegetable packed) version of your typical lasagne.
Next up is a warm, comforting soup from Tigerfish of Teczcape. This Abalone, Cabbage, Chicken Noodle Soup says perfect Chinese comfort food to me.
Pia from CookHealthy.in gives us a healthy Vegetable Penne Pasta with Tomato Herb Sauce. Looks like it would be great on a cold winter night!
Comfort food gone upscale is what Andrea from Nummy Kitchen has given us this week with Pasta with Slow Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Goat Cheese. I love the idea of those cherry tomatoes - yum!
Next up is Gilli from So So Simple Food with a tasty Pasta Salad. Once the weather warms up here, I'm going to try it! (And I'm jealous of all the boat photos in her post - looks like a wonderful time!)
Tandy, from Lavender and Lime gives us a delicious Mediterranean Pasta which was inspired by her many trips to the Mediterranean region. With flavors this good, makes me want to travel!
Ruth, our very own founder for Presto Pasta Nights at her blog Once Upon a Feast posted a yummy recipe for Gemelli with Salsa Verde, Sun Dried Tomatoes & Goat Cheese. With all those salty flavors this is my kind of pasta dish.
And finally, my own submission this week, Pasta Carbonara. It was a great weeknight meal - quick and delicious to boot.
Thanks so much to everyone who participated! Next week will be PPN #248 and Emma of Souperior will be hosting. Send your entries to souperior (dot) blog (at) gmail (dot) com and cc ruth (at) 4everykitchen (dot) com by Thursday January 26 and then check back on her blog for the round up January 27th.

nice roundup Alisha, was glad to be part of it. I hope to be part of this many more times.

Well, duh, I was going to say that I was sorry I didn't come up with a pasta recipe for this and I just now realized the kale soup I posted this week had tortellini in it. I'm such a bonehead!
